Tabouleh Recipe

This is a quick and simple recipe that can accompany any dish, or can be eaten by itself. Very light and refreshing.

Tabuleh Recipe


  • 5 Roma Tomatoes
  • 1 small Yellow Onion
  • 3 Bunches Parsley
  • 1/2 cup Fine Bulgar
  • 2 heaped tablespoons Mint (Finely chopped)
  • 8 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 Lemons


Step 1
Soak bulgur in cold water until soft and strain.
Step 2
Combine all ingredients except lemon juice in a large mixing bowl.
Step 3
Add juice of lemons, one at a time until desired taste is reached.
Step 4
Salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5
Chill and serve cold.

  2. i love this recipe but i use fresh peppermint and i season the taboulleh with cumin and i omit the cucumbers and i also use curly parsley!!!! taste so good and last but not least i use sea salt mmmmmmmmmm
