Salad Shirazi Recipe

Who doesn’t love this traditional persian salad that takes no more than 10 minutes to make! Great addition to any meal, personally I love using it as a side dish to Karmeer Pilaf.

Things You Will Need:
Chef’s Knife
Mixing Bowl
Cutting Board
Wooden Spoon

2-3 Roma Tomatoes
3-4 Persian Cucumbers
1 Small Red Onion
1 Lemon
1 Tbs. Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Simply chop onions, cucumbers and tomatoes into 1/8″ pieces and add to mixing bowl. Squeeze half of the lemon into the bowl over the veggies, and add oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Chill and serve.
